Dan Feinstein, CEO

Dan Feinstein has been an active player in healthcare real estate and operations since 2014. Prior to founding Provident Healthcare Management, he co-founded a successful private equity firm that owned 20 senior care facilities with more than 2,300 skilled nursing beds. Mr. Feinstein currently owns 11 senior care assets. Previously, Dan held executive level positions across various high tech and financial service firms. Mr. Feinstein received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan in 2006.

Aaron Cohen, COO

Aaron Cohen is a seasoned operations leader with demonstrated success in turnaround roles as Administrator and Regional Director of Operations. Previously, Aaron served as the Director of Operations for Infinity Healthcare Management, overseeing a large portfolio with properties in Illinois, Kentucky, and Indiana. Mr. Cohen received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Marketing from Touro College in 2005

Vadim Muchnik, President

Vadim Muchnik brings in years of experience and proven success in the areas of operational excellence and employee

engagement in the healthcare and hospitality sectors. Previously, Mr. Muchnik managed support services, such as food and nutrition, environmental, plant and operations, patient transportation, central supply distribution, and call center for multi-unit hospitals when working for Morrison Healthcare, Compass Management and ARAMARK Healthcare as a Regional Director of Operations. Vadim earned a Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago, Booth School of Business in 2005.

Nancy Razo, Regional Director of Operations

Nancy Razo has over 19 years of operational experience in the non-for-profit senior care industry. Her expertise spans across nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and independent living communities. Mrs. Razo is an accomplished leader in the senior care sector with strong operational experience as an Administrator and a Regional Director of Operations. Previously, Nancy worked as a regional director of operations at the Presence Life Connections where she managed a portfolio of 15 properties. Nancy earned an MBA in Healthcare Administration from Rosary College in 1993

Amira Krvavac, Director of Accounts Receivable

Amira Krvavac has over 8 years of accounts receivable experience with skilled nursing operations and the financial sector.   Amira received a Bachelor of Science  in Finance from Northeastern Illinois University, Summa Cum Laude.

Alexander Isakovan, Controller

Alexander Isakovan has over 15 years of finance and accounting managerial experience in hedge fund, real estate, and higher education sectors. Previously, Mr. Isakovan was responsible for financial reporting, modeling, budgeting, multi-year forecasting, and risk mitigation strategies for Vandon Forbes Asset Management where he oversaw over 12 properties spanning 350,000 square feet of commercial and residential space.  Alex received a Bachelor of Economics from University of Wisconsin in 2007.

Jay Gardner, Director of Business Development

Jay H. Gardner, COS, TCS, has 15 years of experience in the multi-family real estate space, focusing on all facets of

property management, compliance, business development and marketing. Previously, Mr. Gardner, worked with The Habitat as a Regional Director with oversight for a  2,300 unit portfolio. Jay earned a Bachelor of Arts In Marketing from Eastern Michigan University in 2011.
