It is Jan 1, 2027.  Last week, we held events across our entire organization celebrating our successes over the last 5 years.

What a journey it has been for all us at Provident Healthcare Management!  Having come from humble beginnings, with few nursing facilities and a budding mental health division, we have grown into a community of businesses, well-regarded by our customers, and respected by our competitors.

We’ve enjoyed a compound annual growth rate of 85% and we are on track to bypass $200MM in revenues. We own and operate 30 senior care facilities and a vertically integrated behavioral health system.  We’ve perfected the operational, financial, and logistical execution in our mental health division, have become a preferred provider with several MCOs, state, and municipality agencies and are poised for explosive growth nationwide.  We also own several wrap-around companies that were initially developed to support our main operations and maximize our profit margin. Because they are so well-run, even our competitors are now hiring us. Each department of this company has become a significant source of revenue.

 

Our company has been profitable from onset but we did not get to this point by accident.

From the very beginning we’ve believed that if we take care of our patients, employees, and partners, the dollars will take care of themselves.  We’ve designed our business strategy around this simple belief and have executed with focus and discipline.

Our brand promise is to provide exceptional healthcare outcomes for patients through operational excellence and close collaboration with our clinical and community partners.  We’ve designed a holistic continuum of care programs with our patients at the center.  We’ve developed geographic resources, capabilities, and relationships which allow us to service our customers at various milestones and levels of acuity.  Provident Healthcare Management earned the trust of the regional hospitals, primary care providers, insurance companies, various governmental agencies and community organizations and we now enjoy more referrals than we can accommodate. Our strategy of focusing on becoming an expert in specific regions and providing dedicated regional support has paid off.  We are proud to say that we provide excellent experiences to our patients and their families, as evidenced by many raving fans, high net promoter scores, and state survey ratings.
